Please read this section very carefully:

After checkout, once the order is confirmed, we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking, if available.

Please typically allow 3-5 Business Days for Order Processing & Fulfillment

Please typically allow 15-25 Business Days for Order Delivery (excluding the processing time)

Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.

Please note, some of our pieces are shipped SEPARATELY and they may arrive in different packages at different times. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:

USA/Australia/New Zealand: 1-3 Weeks (approx. 7-21 business days)

Canada: 2-3 Weeks (approx. 15-25 business days)

Europe: 2-3 Weeks (approx. 15-25 business days)

UK: 3-4 Weeks

Other: location dependent.

Delivery & Tracking

SIMPLICITTY.COM processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of the order, it can take up to a maximum of 10 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery of your order.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. SIMPLICITTY.COM will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.

Shipping Delays

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for a delay include:

  1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country
  2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft 
  3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others

 

Customs

SIMPLICITTY.COM is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.

Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.

 

Currency

All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.

 

Missing Items

Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
